FIDM update

Double thumps up for another blog post! Okay so in my last blog post I talked about FIDM and how it was possible that i wanted to go there. So I got contacted by them and went for a first meeting. My advisor talked to me about diff rent majors and she put me into a major that I actually am excited about. Merchandise Product Development is the major I was put in. It's a happy marriage between Fashion Design and Merchandise Marketing so I am pretty stoked about it. Tomorrow I have to take their placement test on math and English and possibly an essay. I am so not looking forward to that so basically I hope I pass it. Next exciting thing is that i get to work on entrance project its gonna be hard but I'm ready to give it 110%! So that's my update on that. Oh I am also going through a huge make-up phase, I almost spent $45 on just drugstore make-up luckily I saved my money and found some cute shoes instead. Well I have better things to do (sorry), so talk to you later. Peace!

Change In Plans

Thumbs up for a second blog post in the same month! Well in 8th grade I decided that I wanted to be a nurse, not because I wanted to work with blood and sick people but because they make a lot of money. So that has been my plan for the last 6 years and I think I really need to change it. I HATE college so much and I really can't imagine myself transferring to a University. And what if i really don't want to be a nurse. I don't want to be stuck with a career that doesn't make me happy so I have thought of other possible careers (okay not really) but I have thought about things I am interested in. For example Fashion. I really am into it and I want to be a part of it. Marketing, Design, Jewelery Design. I want to honestly be a part of that and I think FIDM is where i want to attend. Two things that are stopping me right now is A)money and B)I don't know what I want to major in. I have some ideas but I don't know exactly. So my plan of action is to 1) talk to my older siblings (especially my sister Veronica because she majored in fashion marketing) 2) talk to my family about it for financial reasons and 3) talk to someone from the admissions campus about it. Campus I am thinking about right now is the San Diego one and I do want to tour it and attend their 3 days of fashion. So hopefully I will figure things out. Wish me luck!

update?

Hey, well as far as updates go... 1) my computer is broken which explains the lack of posts 2)im in college now! 3) loving the freedom of college 4) i hate actually attending class.

Life is pretty okay right now, i feel like im stuck in a daze of go to school, stay home, hangout with friends and maybe go shopping. Not really exciting. Main thing i want to focus on right now is A) doing well in school B) getting a job C) hanging out with more friends D) getting away from this kinda smelly guy next to me (im at the library) and E) giving my social life a red bull and i guess one more F) putting on more blog posts. I actually like blogging its very therapeutic for me :) well talk to you guys later.

Graduation

Class of 2010 we made it. Graduation process was so much fun. Monday went to grad practice for the first night and then had Senior Movie Night/Senior Sunset. I had fun there and watched an awesome movie. Tuesday went to practice and then to Adams park. At Adams park I ate food, swam in the pool, and threw around a football with my bff. Wednesday (last day) had senior breakfast provided by the lions club. Ohh so yummy. Went to practice for the last time, then hung out at school for a while and went home. The actual Graduation was intense, there was so many people and so many speeches but I wasn't nervous. Overall it was a good ceremony. After took some pics with friends and family. I went to my friends house and we played wii, watched toy story, ate yummy food, and looked at pics. I didn't go to grad night, and from what i heard it was fun. Had a really good time and formed some special bonds. =] GRADUATION was a success.

Week Off

A new blog entry woah. Yupp that means I have some time off from school. There's been a lot on my mind lately. Well my week off officially started on Tuesday, i went shopping Monday. So I created a list of what I want to accomplish on this marvelous week off.

Ahh, i love Taylor Momsen. Shes an actress on Gossip Girl (which i dont watch). She's also lead singer of her band The Pretty Reckless or The Reckless, shes thinking about changing the name. Changing up my hair.

Its January 3rd exactly a month before my birthday. Yeah so might have a party might not. Main topic today is that I'm changing up my hair. Got it cut yesterday just a simple trim and some side bangs put in. Today I'm going to dye it. Bleach it first, until its almost pale, then add some purple to it. What I'm debating right now is whether to put purple on the tips and a streak in the bangs or do that plus layer some purple under the crown and top layers. Gonna try figure that out today. I really like this picture, i love where the color is. This picture shows how i want the tips. Don't really like the hair but its a good example. Finally this is the color i want the streaks.
